01 General Terms and Definitions

02 Eligibility and Registration

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following methods can be used to deposit funds on velki9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) and this applies to all methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The method used for withdrawal must match the name registered on the account.

4.3 Verification Process

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before withdrawal. As part of verification, a copy of a National ID or passport and proof of payment method may need to be submitted.

11.2 Permanent Closure

If a serious breach of the terms, fraud or illegal activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

11.3 Closure at User's Request

You can request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed.

12 Dispute Resolution
